Floridia Provoletta is a natural cheese manufactured from fresh pasteurized cow’s milk. This cheese is gourd-shaped, the curd (pasta filata) is pulled and stretched until it is stringy but no longer breaks. It is then divided into portions and hand kneaded into shape.
This cheese is light to mild in flavour, white to straw yellow in appearance with a firm body. Floridia Provoletta is an ideal fresh table cheese great for grilling, melting and antipasto platters.
