This is a preventative food safety system in which every step in the manufacture, storage and distribution of a food product is scientifically analysed for microbiological, physical and chemical hazards.
In order to keep our certification and to ensure that we meet the high standards required by HACCP for food processing, we also undergo regular audits from certified external bodies.
Our facilities are also registered with the Australian Government as an Export Registered Establishment so that we meet export requirements. We also have Halal and Kosher certification.
