Floridia Fresh Chilli Pecorino is a natural cheese made from fresh pasteurized cow’s milk. This cheese is mild in flavour, white in appearance with a moist firm body. Distributed throughout the cheese are red pepperoncino flakes. Great for grilling or frying and in salads or with vegetables. Also makes an ideal fresh table cheese.
